| Rules for Affiliates |

1. Alpha International Consultancy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate who is not operating with ethics and integrity. We do not believe in coercion or any tactic that forces another to buy.
2. Affiliates will only be paid for registration or order forms that are submitted that have their name and Affiliate I.D. number included. If there is a dispute due to lack of name and I.D. number, Alpha International will contact the client and ask if the affiliate was the determining factor in buying from Alpha. If the client agrees that the affiliate was the determining factor, then Alpha International will make the appropriate payment to the affiliate. The affiliate recognizes that Alpha International has extended large amounts of time and money to attract clients over the course of many months or years. These include national advertising, direct mail pieces, telemarketing, referrals, etc. The affiliate recognizes that the client may have been persuaded by any number of factors and that the affiliates contact with the client may have been only one “link in the chain”. Therefore, if the client registration form or order form does not contain the affiliate I.D. number and name, then the affiliate has no claim to that client. The decision of the directors is final.
3. If a client buys from Alpha and more than one affiliate claims the client as their sale, then Alpha will pay the commissions to the first registration form that is received bearing that client’s name.
4. The credit of Sh. 2,500 can only be claimed when the first sale is made. The Sh. 2,500 will be added to your first commission cheque.
5. Platinum level affiliates will lose their status if they have not sold any item or event in a 6-month period. Each sale renews the 6-month period from the beginning. Platinum level affiliates who are “demoted” may continue to be Gold Level affiliates and still earn 15% commissions on all sales. Platinum Level status may be restored if the affiliate signs up and pays for himself/herself to attend an event.
6. Commissions will only be paid once the payment from the participant has cleared the bank and a client has not requested their money back. In some extreme cases, event participants may ask for their money back before the stated deadline. Alpha International will always honour these requests. However, if a client requests their money back, the affiliate will not receive a commission because Alpha International will be required to return the money.
7. Affiliates can earn an additional 10% commissions on all products or services that the client purchases at the event. This commission is added to the affiliate commission cheque once the client’s payment has cleared the bank.
8. Alpha International makes no promises that any level of income will be attained by an affiliate. Selling can be hard work. Results may vary. Some affiliates will make nothing. A few may make a lot of money due to hard work, persistence, selling ability, networks, or any combination of various factors.
9. Affiliates may request a statement of their account at any time. Requests may take up to 10 working days to process depending on the schedule of the directors. Requests must be made in writing to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
