The Marketing-in-Africa Business Acceleration Software

Introduction

Marketing, sales and advertising is a field of infinite choices. All of the strategies I will propose have proved themselves across a wide range of business areas and company sizes. But in order to propose strategies that maximize the profits of your business, I need to know what marketing decisions you have taken to date, and what results they produced. Therefore, please fill in your personal data below, and then answer the questionnaire as candidly as possible.

The Questionnaire

It has been said that the hardest part of changing is learning what questions to ask. Using our unique questionnaire, Marketing-in-Africa can share these breakthroughs with you. The questions themselves will help you identify a multitude of areas in your business where improvements are possible. Consider each answer at length, and fill in the appropriate answer. The questionnaire takes about 1 hour, but it will be an extremely profitable use of your time.

While this questionnaire is designed to reveal your strengths, it also uncovers your weaknesses. It is natural to feel discouraged if your business is not succeeding as you wish, but please ignore the temptation to make the situation look better than it is. The questionnaire is designed to help me help you—not to impress me, or anyone else. Imagine a person asking for directions. He says, “Patrick, can you tell me the way to the Central Bank in New York?” I reply, “Sure, I can show you the way—but first, tell me where you are now.” Give me a false starting point, and my instructions would be useless—and your frustration would increase. I would say, “Turn right here and left there and go straight” and you’d end up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. But give me an accurate starting point, then I can, indeed, show you the very best way to the bank!

What your report will do

  • Give you an accurate starting point so that you can engineer a plan of action that will overcome your areas of weakness;
  • Give you a customized package of specific, high-impact recommendations to achieve sustainable growth—there are over 12 trillion combinations of advice programmed into this questionnaire;
  • Give my philosophies behind the actions I will recommend;
  • Give you a concise summary SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses,?Opportunities, Threats), focusing on how you can capitalize on your strengths and turn your weaknesses into opportunities. (I am unable to advise you regarding your threats without a comprehensive look at your industry.)
  • Give my estimate of how much you should be able to grow in 36 specific areas, along with a cumulative percentage of your growth potential. Think about the exponential leverage you could get if you improved just a fraction in the 36 areas covered in your report. It is not difficult to grow a business a simple 10% by improving just one area, but combining all 36 into a masterful action plan could bring multiples of 5% growth in some areas, 10% growth in other areas, and even more. If you grew simply 5% in each of the 36 areas below—and that is a conservative estimate—you would actually grow from $10,000 per month (for example) to $57,918 per month.)

What your report will NOT do

  • Force you to make the necessary changes;
  • Solve every problem you have;
  • Provide every detail of every tactic.

Most reports are between 80 and 100 single-spaced pages of action steps based on the answers that you provide. Since the report covers 36 areas of business growth, that means that only 2 or 3 pages can be devoted to each area. Here’s the problem: too much information and my report would likely sit on the shelf. Too little and it would have limited impact. However, I do know this—when you receive your custom report, I believe you will be impressed with your specific recommendations. And I know that if you conscientiously follow them, your business should grow … at the expense of your competition.

So, if you desire to grow your business through strategic marketing, proven ideas and innovative strategies, here is where we begin.

Simply enter your first name and email address. Then proceed to the questionnaire. When you finish answering the questions, you will be taken to a page where you can see a summary report of your business effectiveness across each of the 36 areas. To download the full report, you will need to enter your credit card information and full contact details. Once that is completed, the entire report will be sent to you by email.
